To activate a new or replacement Connect Mobile SIM, please click this link.
Once you've completed the activation form, your SIM should be live within the next 48 hours (Mon – Fri - excluding UK Public and Bank Holidays.)
No. If you are not a Connect Fibre broadband customer and wish to order Connect Mobile, please contact us or call to discuss your needs.
Yes, you can. Please let us know the PAC of mobile number you wish to transfer and we'll sort out the rest.
When your PAC transfer has successfully completed your existing service will normally automatically end.
You will be able to add Connect Mobile to your package via your Connect Fibre Dashboard, or by contacting our friendly customer service team.
Yes we support eSIMs as well as physical SIMs.
Each customer can order up to 5 SIMs. If you need more, please contact us to discuss.
SIMs are not eligible for pre-order discounts as they can be activated immediately.
Connect Fibre have partnered with EE the UK's no.1 network to provide amazing SIM only plans.
Connect Mobile users have access to full 5G speeds on the EE network, and EE contact details will be provided for the rare occasions when there is a network problem.
The amazing UK Connect Fibre support team will deal with any billing and payment queries.
All Connect Mobile plans include unlimited calls to UK landlines and mobiles.
International calling and roaming is not included in standard plans. In the future a roaming addon will be available.
Premium rate numbers starting with 0843, 0844, 0845, 0870, 0871, 0872, 0873, 09 are not included in the Connect Mobile service.
