We've been working hard to bring our full fibre network to Bolsover and Creswell and, as previously promised, we were on track to complete this work and to contact customers this month to book installations.
However, last week, we discovered that a third party had damaged over a mile of the connection between our national network and Bolsover & Creswell.
This damage is unfortunately beyond repair. We have acted fast and we are building an alternative route to connect the towns, but sadly this will cause a delay on when we can install our service.
We understand how disappointing this news is and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Our team is working hard to put the new route in place, and they expect work to be completed no later than October.
