Can I terminate with my current provider due to the price increases announced?

If you are still in contract with your current supplier, you may be able to switch earlier due to the price increases that have been announced.

If you are unsure about the price increases you are facing, please speak to your current provider. When speaking to your provider, check that you are not on an older contract and protected from the price increase. Do this, before agreeing to any new deal. 

Depending on your supplier and the terms and conditions of your contract with them, you may be able to switch your services to us before your current contract ends. Switching to us means you'll get a faster service with us with no mid-contract price increase.

If your cost is going up and you find a better deal with another supplier, tell your current supplier as you may be able to switch your services early.
