Contract Buyouts
Do you want to leave your current provider earlier? We can help you with that so you can join Connect Fibre and get a faster, fairer, flawless full fibre service from us.
The buyouts that we have available are on our Hypersonic 1000Mbps and Turbo 500Mbps packages. It is up to £300 for Hypersonic and up to £200 for Turbo.***
These buyouts are conditional and require that you have more than six months left on your current contract with your current provider at the point you place a pre order or an order with us. But if that is you, and you are tired of paying your old provider for a service you're not happy with, we are more than happy to discuss buyout options with you.

How it works:

Place a pre-order or order for Turbo or Hypersonic (to lock in your pre-order discount).

After your Connect Fibre service has been installed, cancel your old service, and pay the early termination charge.

Send us a copy of your final bill showing the payment of the early termination charge.

We will check your bill and add a credit for the broadband service.
