How do I change my Voicemail Greeting?

A guide on changing your Voicemail Greeting on the Web Portal.

Follow the below steps to change your text to speech voicemail greeting on the web portal:

1. Log into the Web Portal. 
   
   
   
   
2. Click on Messages and then the Settings tab.
3. Scroll down to the Greetings section. Click on Manage.
   
   
   
   
4. On the Mange Greetings Menu, click on Edit next to the message. 
   
   
5. Click on the Text-to-Speech option. 
6. Edit the existing Message. If you want to you can choose a new voice click the play button next to the voice drop down to hear the voice you've chosen read your message.
   
   
   
   
7. When you're happy with the changes you've made, click on the yellow Save button. 
   
   
   
   
8. Click on Done to close the window and that's it! Your voicemail message is now updated.
