How do I set up Call Barring?

A guide on setting up Call Barring on your Connect Phone.

To set up Call Barring, you'll need to log into the Web App. 

If you haven't had a 'Welcome Email' or you have forgotten your password, we can help recover your Username and also send you a forgotten password link so you can create a new password. 

To set up Call Barring, first log into the Web App on your computer.

  • On the menu bar, look for 'Answering Rules'.

  • On this page you'll find 'Allow / Block', when you click on this it'll open a new window. You can add specific numbers you'd like to 'block' or bar, by entering the number and pressing the plus icon.
  • Or if you would like to block any anonymous or withheld number, please ensure the box is ticked before you press 'Done'.

  • Once completed any numbers you've added to the Blocked Numbers list will be unable to get through to your Connect Phone number. 
  • If you want to add numbers or change this at any point you can do so!
