How do I access my customer support tickets?

A guide to help you with the Customer Portal and managing all your support tickets.

Your Customer Portal is a fantastic way for you to create, view and manage your tickets.

From here you can:

  • File a Support Ticket for any new issues
  • View progress on existing tickets
  • Check Activity
  • View Status of tickets

Click here to access your Customer Portal.

Submitting a Ticket

To submit a new ticket just click on the link at the top of the portal page: File a Support Ticket

Fill in the required fields and click Submit. Your ticket will now go through to the Support team and will be actioned.
