Linksys App: Logging in and resetting your password

If you haven't already please download and install the Linksys App on your device:

Logging into the Linksys App

• Ensure that your phone/tablet is connected to your Connect Fibre network.
• Tap Log in. (If you cannot see Log in, please click on Manage your Wi-Fi.)

• There are two ways to log in for the first time. Either you can Create an email login at the bottom of the screen or you can Use Router Password.
• The quickest and easiest way to log into the router is by tapping on Use Router Password.
• This is the password you'll use to log into the app.

• If you know what this password is please enter it and click Log in.
• If it is your first time logging in or if you have forgotten the password please follow the next steps to reset your password. 

Resetting the Router Password for the App

• Tap Reset Password (as it is your first time here). 
• It'll ask for the Recovery Key which you can find on the bottom of the Router plugged into the ONT (fibre box on the wall). 

• Once you've entered the Recovery Key you may see a message saying 'the account holder will be notified'. Press continue.
• The next screen will prompt you to create a password and then reenter it.
• Once you've done this it may log you in automatically. If it hasn't you'll then have to log in.
• You'll then have access to the app and be able to use all the features the app has on offer!
