Here at Connect Fibre we believe in fairer broadband. 'Fairer' is one of our values and to ensure we are upholding that value and delivering to our customers we a proud to say we don't have any mid-contract price hikes, hidden installation charges, nor do we have a loyalty tax for existing customers. 

In the incredibly rare circumstances that a non-standard installation charge is required we will discuss this with you and ensure it is for a good reason. We also have a policy of 'no obligation', which means if you have pre-ordered or ordered and change your mind for whatever reason we will cancel your order. Screenshot 2023-05-31 120432When we say there is no loyalty tax, we mean that our pricing is always fair for our customers. If you are an existing customer of ours and want to recommit to another package you will still have the option to do so at the prices set for new customers. We don't have two different price books like other providers. It is our opinion that we are here to look after everybody, and your loyalty to us isn't something that comes with a price increase. 

Unlike other providers, we won’t penalise you for loyalty. When you renew your contract, you don’t pay any more than a new customer would.

We also don't bundle in extra charges without you knowing, and you can be secure in the knowledge that if you trial something we will check in with you before that trial ends so you are in control of your account with us. 

Some other providers will insist on bundling in a landline or voice package to give you a more affordable price on your broadband. We believe this is unfair as most people have mobile phones with unlimited minutes on them and we do not want to bundle in things that aren't relevant to you. What we are trying to get at is, what you see is what you get with us!
