How do I access my Connect Phone Voicemail?

If you don't have a built-in answering phone and you  would prefer to use your Connect Phone voicemail, here's how you access it!

• Dial *62 from your home phone. 

• When prompted, enter your voicemail pin. If you've never created a pin before, you'll be prompted to create a new one. This must be 6 digits long.
• If you need to change your voicemail pin, please dial *62, enter your pin, and choose option 3 from the main menu to change it. 
• If you have forgotten your voicemail PIN, please call our Customer Support Team, and we can help you recover it.
