How do I access my Connect Phone Voicemail?

We have two ways to help you access your voicemail for your Connect Phone service. If one doesn't work, please try the other!

Dial *62 from your home phone.
When prompted, enter your voicemail pin. If you've never created a pin before, you'll be prompted to create a new one. This must be 6 digits long.
If you need to change your voicemail pin, please dial *62, enter your pin, and choose option 3 from the main menu to change it.
If you have forgotten your voicemail pin please call our Customer Support Team, and we can help you recover it.
