How do I find my router logs?

A guide to finding your router logs.

Sometimes when we are troubleshooting an issue with your service we may ask you for your router logs.

Open up a browser (like Google Chrome) and enter http://192.168.1.1 or http://myrouter.local/

Click on the blue link to Linksys Smart Wi-Fi. 

You may see the below page. If you already have login details with the Linksys App, don't worry! Press the blue 'Click here' to login with your Linksys Smart Wi-Fi Account.

Enter your details and press 'sign in'.

Find 'Troubleshooting' under Router settings.

Troubleshooting will open the below window. Find the 'Logs' tab.

Here you will be able to access the logs for your router. Slide enabled logs to 'on' and then you may get a warning message telling you that your router will be changing some settings. Hit okay. 

Now you will see your logs below. Hit 'Open in Browser' to see it in a new window.
