How do I find my Linksys router logs?

Sometimes when we are troubleshooting an issue with your service we may ask you for your router logs.

How to find your Linksys Router Logs

• On a computer, please go to 192.168.1.1 or myrouter.local on your browser and login to the router dashboard. Click here for the guide to help you Login.
• Click on Troubleshooting.

• Go to the Logs tab.

• Slide enabled logs to ON and then you may get a warning message telling you that your router will be changing some settings. Click Ok.

• Now you will see your logs below. Click Open in Browser to see it in a new window. 

• If we've asked you to send them over to us copy them and paste them into an email or document for us.

• Click Ok to leave the window and return to the rest of your router settings.
