How to Factory Reset a Connect Phone Adapter

A guide on how to factory reset a Connect Phone adapter.

Factory Resetting a Phone Adapter:

  • Disconnect the Ethernet cable from the blue 'web' port.
  • Place a pin in the Reset Button hole for at least 10 seconds. 
  • The lights will flash on the top of the device to tell you it is resetting.

  • Disconnect the Power Cable. Reconnect the Ethernet cable in the blue 'web' port.
  • The device will then try to set up as if it were brand new. It will take 5-10 minutes to complete the new setup. You will see the power light, then the web light, and then finally the phone light, and then the device will restart. 
  • When the device is fully powered back on, please test with a call.
