How do I refer a friend to Connect Fibre?

You'll need to be a Connect Fibre customer to refer, and once the person you refer signs up, gets connected, and you've both paid your first bills, you'll both earn upto a £60 credit.   

How it works

• Simply give the person you're referring the unique referral code link from your refer and earn account. 

How to create a Refer and Earn Account

• Once you are at the refer and earn page, you will need to press on the "Refer Now!" button and enter your email.
• This will generate a link for you to share immediately with your friends & family. 
• An email will be sent to your inbox including the shareable link. At the bottom of the email is "Go to Dashboard" - select this link to create a new password.
• Once the password in created, you will have access to your Referral Dashboard where you can see any pending cashback and any that is available to withdraw.

When will I receive the credit? 

• Once both you and your friend have been connected for a full month, and the first bill has been paid.
• You'll then be able to withdraw the referral funds from your refer and earn account.

I'm having issues logging in to my refer and earn account

• To log into your refer and earn account, you will need to scroll to the bottom of the refer and earn page to sign into and create a cashback account.
