      Power Supply Unit (PSU) Specs (Internal)

      Power supply unit specs for all Connect Fibre internet equipment

      If the customer is having intermittent connection issues and there is no other obvious cause, it's important to check that the power plugs have not been mixed up, as this will cause intermittent issues.


      All these details can be found on the white sticker located on the plug.
