A guide to the different coloured lights you can expect to see on your Router and Mesh.

What do the lights mean?

Router Lights

  • Blue (Blinking) - Starting up, please wait for 5 minutes. IMPORTANT: The light will change to various colours during startup

  • Solid Purple - Setup is in progress, please wait 5 minutes.

  • Flashing Purple - Setup is in progress, please wait 5 minutes.

  • Blue - Your router or Mesh is online.

  • Red - Your router is offline. 

Mesh Lights

  • Blue (Blinking) - Starting up, please wait for 5 minutes. IMPORTANT: The light will change to various colours during startup

  • Solid Purple - Ready for Setup

  • Flashing Purple - Setup in progress, please wait 5 minutes.

  • Blue - Your router or Mesh is online.

  • Red - Your Mesh is offline.

  • Yellow - Your Mesh is too far away
