Which home phones are compatible with Connect Phone?

Most home phones are compatible with Connect Phone!

As long as your home phone has a cable in the base that will plug into the phone adapter we provide, it should work with our service. 

Our service needs your phone to connect directly to the Grandstream adapter, as shown in the image below, so handsets that connect directly to the router, by WPS, or connect by their own adapter, are not compatible.

Using the adapter allows us to support as many existing handsets as possible. 

If you are looking to purchase a new phone, we can't advise you on a specificmake or model to purchase. 

We can't guarantee every handset will work due to manufacturing differences, but most will work without any issues!
