  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this prize draw is Connect Fibre (the “Promoter”).

  2. Eligibility
    The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
    Employees of Connect Fibre, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  3. No Purchase Necessary
    No purchase is necessary to enter this giveaway. Entry into the giveaway does not require the purchase of any Connect Fibre products or services.
  4. Prize Details
    One winner will receive a Smart Home Bundle consisting of the following items only:
    -Lubluelu Robot Vacuum Cleaner
    -Tapo L530B Smart Bulb 2-Pack
    -Tapo TC82 KIT Security Camera
    -Tapo P110 Smart Plug 2-Pack

    The prize includes only the physical items listed above. It does not include broadband services, installation, subscriptions, warranties beyond manufacturer standard warranties, set-up support, or any other Connect Fibre products or services.
  5. Prize Conditions
    The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
    The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
  6. Entry Period
    The giveaway closes at 11:59pm on 3 March 2026.
  7. How to Enter
    Participants must follow the entry instructions outlined in the promotional post or landing page. Only one entry per person will be permitted unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
  8. Winner Selection and Notification
    The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
    The winner will be contacted using the details provided at the time of entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  9. Delivery of Prize
    The prize will be posted to a UK address provided by the winner. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrect delivery details supplied by the winner.

    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults or other issues beyond its control.
    The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from acceptance or use of the prize, except where caused by negligence.

  12. General
    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
