Q1. How do I order Connect TV?

Connect Fibre TV is available to new and existing Connect Fibre customers. Simply get in touch with our customer service team here if you are interested in Connect Fibre TV.

Q2. Do I need Connect Fibre Broadband?

Connect Fibre TV can only be ordered together with a Connect Fibre Broadband package.

Q3. Do I need an aerial to use the service?

Yes, you will need an aerial to receive live Freeview channels, as well as live and digital terrestrial channels (e.g. BBC One, BBC Two).

If you don't have an aerial, you can still access the extra HD channels and applications such as Prime Video, Rakuten and YouTube.

Q4. Does the service offer parental controls?

Yes, parental controls can be easily set up on your device for channels as well as for on-demand apps.

Using a PIN you can:

lock TV programmes with guidance
hide adult TV channels
lock TV programmes broadcast after the watershed (9:00pm - 5:30am)

Q5. How do I record on Connect Fibre TV?

To record on your Connect Fibre TV, you will require a USB stick that has its file system in a 'NTFS' format. The USB stick would then be inserted into the back of your TV device and initialised.

There is a choice of add-ons available including; Now TV, Amazon Prime Video, TNT Sports, Rakuten TV, Hayu and much more. Extra subscription charges apply and they are managed by the third parties.
