What's the status of broadband installation in my area?

A guide to how we indicate how far through building our infrastructure we are.

While we're working hard to get our infrastructure in and trying to get to you as fast as possible, and we understand you'd like to know how we're getting on with our progress. I'm sure you may have spotted our teams out and about laying cable or surveying the area. But how do you know how far the installation we are?

The best way to find out is to check out our Coverage Checker and Latest News page. On the Coverage Checker you can see exactly where we are heading and get an idea of where we are in our build stage. 

If we are ready for service and to install you it will say that we are ready for installation in as little as two weeks.

If we are open for pre-orders in your area, it means that the build is underway and we're getting our infrastructure in!

If we're still planning and deciding where to put your infrastructure and how the build process is going a head you'll be able to register your interest. 

Screenshot 2023-05-09 155624It is advisable to register your interest with us, particularly when we are in the planning stage. Registering tell us where you'd like us to build and it also keeps you updated with our plans.
