First Customer

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve connected our first customer to our full fibre broadband network in Wirksworth, Derbyshire! Our fibre experts had the pleasure of welcoming gaming streamer Halle to the Connect Fibre family and getting her home set up with our 1000Mbps Hypersonic package.

We are delighted to announce that we have connected our first customer in the Nottinghamshire town of Bolsover. Residents of the town can now enjoy full fibre broadband with speeds of up to 900Mbps. Bolsover joins other Nottinghamshire towns Creswell and Edwinstowe in benefiting from Connect Fibre's hyperfast broadband speeds.

We have great news! Connect Fibre is excited to announce the successful connection of our first customer in the Cambridgeshire town of Needingworth. This milestone is another step in our commitment to delivering faster, fairer, and flawless full fibre broadband to communities across the UK. Our first customer in town Debbie, was delighted to be the first customer and chose to take out our hypersonic broadband package which guarantees speeds of up to 900Mbps. After our fibre engineers Cam and Nick had completed the installation Debbe said: “The installation was very efficient and politely done by the engineers” Needingworth now joins the growing list of towns in Cambridgeshire, including Sutton, Bluntisham, Colne, and Earith, that benefit from Connect Fibre's full fibre broadband. Residents of Needingworth can now benefit from our lightning-fast internet speeds, providing a seamless online experience for work, education, entertainment, and more.
