Network Issues - : 

 

10/06/2025 8.15am - Tickhill - RESOLVED - Issue resolved overnight. All customers are back online. 

 

09/06/2025

23:20 - Engineers are still working throughout the night to fix the issue, but are taking longer than expected. We will have an update in the morning when the work is complete. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Next update: 10am on 10/06/2025

 

21:50 - Onsite team have now started main works after prepping and have said an ETR of midnight. Again, customers may have disruption to their service and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

 

19:00pm - Team now onsite and are performing a fix overnight. Some customers may lose connection temporarily whilst a fix is carried out. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

 

12.55pm - The 3rd party have just confirmed that works will now not be completed until tomorrow. We apologise for the delay, however we cannot proceed with our repairs until they have completed their works. 

 

11.55am - Update: We're still waiting for the 3rd party to complete works so that we can implement the repairs needed to fix the issues with your service.

06/06/2025

1:30pm - Tickhill:
We are unable to commence work on the repair until Monday the 9th of June. Due to a collapsed duct we require a permit for the work to begin. We apologise for the delay


11:45am - Tickhill:
Our engineers have found a break in the fibre. Due to the break being across a carriageway we will need traffic management in order to repair it. Unfortunately the work is extensive but we will keep you updated as soon as we have everything in place for the work to begin. Thank you for your continued patience. 

9:30am  - Tickhill:
Engineers are now on site and are working on fixing the issue. 

05/06/2025: Tickhill
- We are experiencing an outage in the Tickhill area. Only a small number of customers are affected.
We will be deploying engineers to site in the morning 6/6/25.
