How do I submit a Customer Support ticket?
A guide to help you with the Customer Portal and managing all your support tickets.
Customer Support Tickets
If you're having an issue and you'd like our team to take a look at it you can raise a Support Ticket directly from your Connect Fibre Dashboard.
- Log into the Connect Fibre Dashboard.
- Scroll down to Your Support Centre and click on Ticket Centre.
From here you can:
- File a Support Ticket for any new issues (on the black bar at the top of the page)
- View My Tickets and any progress on existing open tickets.
