Up to 6 Months Free Broadband - Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter of this offer is Connect Fibre.
2. Eligibility
2.1 This promotion is open to new residential Connect Fibre customers only, who have not been a Connect Fibre customer within the last 6 months.
2.2 Customers must be switching from another broadband provider and have an active broadband contract in place at the time of signing up.
2.3 The promotion is available to customers in areas where Connect Fibre services are available and subject to network capacity.
2.4 This offer is not available to existing Connect Fibre customers or customers who have previously received this promotion.
3. The Offer
3.1 Eligible customers can receive up to 6 months of free Connect Fibre broadband service, based on the remaining term of their existing broadband contract at the time of installation.
3.2 The free period applies only to the Connect Fibre broadband service and does not include any early termination fees, exit fees or charges from the customer’s existing provider.
3.3 The maximum free period available under this promotion is 6 months, regardless of the length of the customer’s remaining contract elsewhere.
3.4 The free period begins on the date the Connect Fibre service is installed and activated.
4. How the Free Period Is Calculated
4.1 The number of free months provided will match the remaining length of the customer’s current broadband contract, capped at 6 months.
4.2 For example:
If 2 months remain on the customer’s existing contract, 2 months of free Connect Fibre service will apply.
If 5 months remain, 5 months of free service will apply.
If more than 6 months remain, the free service will be capped at 6 months.
4.3 Customers may be required to provide proof of their existing broadband contract end date (such as a bill or contract confirmation).
5. Charges and Payments
5.1 During the free period, customers will not be charged for their Connect Fibre broadband service.
5.2 Standard monthly charges will automatically begin at the end of the free period, in line with the customer’s chosen package and minimum contract term.
5.3 Any additional services, equipment, or non-standard installations may be chargeable and are not included in the free period unless stated otherwise.
6. Contract Terms
6.1 Customers will enter into a standard Connect Fibre minimum contract term, which will begin from the date of service activation.
6.2 The free period forms part of the minimum contract term.
6.3 If a customer cancels their Connect Fibre service during the minimum contract term, early termination fees may apply in accordance with Connect Fibre’s standard terms.
7. Installation
7.1 Installation is subject to pre-installation checks and availability.
7.2 Standard installation is included unless otherwise stated.
7.3 Missed appointments or failed installations due to customer circumstances may result in delays or additional charges.
8. General
8.1 This promotion cannot be combined with any other Connect Fibre offer unless explicitly stated.
8.2 The promotion is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
8.3 We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or extend this promotion at any time without notice.
8.4 Any misuse or attempted abuse of the promotion may result in the offer being withdrawn.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with Connect Fibre’s Privacy Policy, available on our website.
10. Standard Terms & Conditions
10.1 This promotion is subject to Connect Fibre’s standard Terms & Conditions for products and services, which continue to apply in full alongside these promotional Terms & Conditions.
10.2 In the event of any conflict between these promotional Terms & Conditions and Connect Fibre’s standard Terms & Conditions, these promotional Terms & Conditions shall apply for the duration of the promotion only.
