February ‘Share the Love’ Promotion – Terms & Conditions
During the February ‘Share the Love’ promotion, eligible Connect Fibre customers can earn double cashback of up to £120 per referral when successfully referring a friend to Connect Fibre on selected packages.
Referrals must be made using a unique referral link or referral code issued by Connect Fibre. The referred customer must complete their order online at connectfibre.co.uk or via Connect Fibre Telesales, ensuring the referral link or code is correctly applied at the point of order. Referrals not completed using the correct link or code will not be eligible for cashback.
For a referral to be deemed successful, the referred customer must:
- Be a new Connect Fibre customer (customers who have had Connect Fibre services within the previous 6 months are not eligible);
- Order an eligible package.
- Complete installation and remain connected, active and in good standing for a minimum qualifying period of 30 days following installation, with no cancellation, suspension or downgrade during this time.
Subject to these conditions being met, both the referrer and the referred customer may receive up to £120 cashback each per successful referral. Cashback amounts may vary depending on the package selected and are capped at £120 per person, per referral.
Cashback payments will be made via BACS within 30 days of the qualifying 30-day post-installation period being completed, with funds typically arriving within 3–5 working days. Cashback cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives, transferred to another person, or offset against a Connect Fibre bill.
Connect Fibre reserves the right to:
- Verify the eligibility of all referrals;
- Withhold or reclaim cashback in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse of the referral scheme, or breach of these Terms & Conditions;
- Amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice where reasonably necessary.
This promotion is available for a limited time only and ends at 11:59pm on Tuesday 3 March 2026. Referrals must be submitted and completed by this time to qualify.
Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Connect Fibre’s standard Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply.
