These are the terms and conditions on our promotions that accompany our main broadband terms and conditions which we supply our other terms and conditions.

February and March Offer - Ends 1st April 2024

Offer ends 1st April 2024. Offer on 150Mbps Boost Home package £25 a month, usually £30 a month. Offer on 500Mbps Turbo Home package £35 a month, usually £40 a month.18 month minimum term. Price changes will not occur within the minimum term. Only available in certain postcode areas. New orders on Boost Home or Turbo Home package only. An additional 10% pre-order discount applicable (selected areas only) in conjunction with February and March offer.

1.     The promoter is Connect Fibre
2.     The competition is open to anyone 18 years or over except employees of Connect Fibre and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3.     There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4.     By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5.     We have the right to allow more than one entry per competition at times. We will notify specifically in the post if this is the case
6.     The closing date for entry is Monday 18th of December. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
7.     No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9.     Connect Fibre is not responsible for inaccurate or false prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

11.   The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
12.   Winners will be chosen at random and will be notified by private message on Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13.   Connect Fibre will notify the winner with details of how the prize can be collected.
14.   Connect Fibre’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15.   By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16.   The competition and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17.   Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
18.   This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other social network.

Black Friday 2023 - Ends 27th November

Free Connect TV - Ends 31st August 2023

Any Hypersonic Orders (home package only) made before 31st August 2023 will include Connect TV free for the full 18 month duration of the contact, a saving of £8/mth or £144 in total.

At the end of the contract term, users can return their Connect TV set top box and cancel the service. Otherwise they will need to pay the published price for Connect TV at that point in time, currently £8/mth.

30 Days Free Trial - Ends 31st August 2023

The first month is free on all packages if your installation is booked before 31st August 2023. This allows you to trial our Full Fibre service.

If for any reason you don't want to continue with the service, contact us at any time during the month to cancel your plan without paying any early termination fees, and we will cease your service at the end of the month.

If you do not contact us or arrange the return of our equipment, we will start your 18 month subscription plan.

If you need more time to cease your existing provider, please contact us to discuss options.

FREE Full Fibre Broadband for 6 months registration competition

A prize winner will be selected at random from the registrations we received during marketing activity throughout June 2023.

The prize draw will take place on the 3rd of July 2023.

The winner will be notified by email and phone.

The 6 months free broadband period will begin once the Connect Fibre service has been ordered and installed at the winners property.

The full fibre broadband service must be installed and active by 30th November 2023 to receive the 6 months free discount.
