The Role

Reporting to the HubSpot manager, key responsibilities are: 

  • CRM Management & Maintenance: Oversee the daily administration of the HubSpot CRM, including data accuracy, user permissions, and system configurations. 
  • Database Optimisation: Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date records by implementing data hygiene practices such as deduplication, contact segmentation, and lead scoring. 
  • Workflow Automation: Develop and manage workflows, sequences, and automation processes within HubSpot to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and ensure effective lead nurturing and follow-ups. 
  • Pipeline Management: Configure and customize sales pipelines, deal stages, and reporting tools to support sales, marketing, and service teams in their specific goals and tasks. 
  • User Support & Training: Provide day-to-day support for HubSpot users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring best practices. Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new users. 
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards and customized reports that deliver actionable insights on marketing, sales, and customer service metrics, helping teams track KPIs and identify growth opportunities 
  • Integration Management: Manage and troubleshoot integrations between HubSpot and other tools such as Google Analytics, Slack, and other third-party applications. 
  • Lead Management & Segmentation: Create and manage lists, segments, and properties within HubSpot to support targeted campaigns and customer segmentation. 
  • Campaign & Content Management: Support marketing and sales teams by managing campaigns, including tracking performance, A/B testing, and analysing content interactions within HubSpot. 
  • System Updates & Optimisation: Keep up with HubSpot’s updates and releases, implementing new features and optimizing existing ones to enhance CRM performance and usability. 

The Candidate

  • Experience in HubSpot Administration:Proven experience (2+ years) working as a CRM Administrator, with a strong emphasis on HubSpot. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot's CRM tools, including automation, reporting, workflow building, pipeline management, and integrations. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and APIs is a plus. 
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-backed decisions. Experience in creating custom reports and dashboards in HubSpot is essential 
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions quickly, ensuring minimal downtime and effective user support 
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, particularly in managing data accuracy, ensuring segmentation and workflows are set up correctly, and maintaining CRM hygiene. 
  • Communication & Training Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience training teams and creating documentation to support CRM processes and best practices. 
  • Understanding of Sales & Marketing Processes: Knowledge of the fundamentals of sales and marketing, including lead nurturing, customer segmentation, and campaign tracking.
  • Adaptability: A proactive learner who keeps up with HubSpot’s new features and changes, staying current with industry best practices and CRM technology trends.
