Job Overview 

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads. This role requires strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work effectively from home.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
  • Build rapport with potential customers and develop a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and support team to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Engage potential customers in conversation, effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous customer interactions.

The Candidate

  • Proven experience in telesales or other sales role (telecom industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and close sales effectively.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Hubspot is beneficial.
  • Availability for occasional weekend shifts as needed.
  • Ability to build rapport with potential customers quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude towards achieving targets and contributing to team success.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
