Connect Fibre One Year Free Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions 

  1. Promoter 
    The promoter of this prize draw is Connect Fibre Limited. 
  2. Eligibility 
    The prize draw is open to residents aged 18 or over living in Kidsgrove, Red Bull, Hall Green, Scholar Green, The Rookery, Harriseahead and Newchapel. 
    The promotion is not available to customers who purchased a Connect Fibre service prior to 1st February 2026. 
    Employees of Connect Fibre or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter. 
  3. Entry Period 
    The prize draw closes at 11:59pm on 9th March 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included. 
  4. How to Enter 
    Eligible households must: 
    Register their interest via the QR code or official campaign landing page before the closing date. 
    Only one entry per household/address is permitted. 
  5. The Prize 
    One winner will receive 12 months of 1000Mbps broadband, including a Wi-Fi 7 router and free standard installation. 
    The prize covers the monthly subscription cost of the 1000Mbps residential broadband package only. 
    The prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable. 
    Any add-ons, optional extras or additional services outside of the stated package are not included. 
  6. Winner Selection 
    The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 14 days of the closing date. 
  7. Winner Notification 
    The winner will be contacted using the details provided at registration or sign-up. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Connect Fibre reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 
  8. Service Availability 
    The prize is subject to network coverage and the winner’s home being within Connect Fibre’s build area. Availability can be checked by postcode at connectfibre.co.uk. 
    If installation is not possible at the winner’s address, Connect Fibre reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner. 
  9. General 
    Connect Fibre reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion at any time where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
