How it works

• Place a pre-order (to lock in your discount) or order for Turbo or Hypersonic

• After your Connect Fibre service has been installed, cancel your old service, and pay the early termination charge

• Send us a copy of your final bill showing the payment of the broadband early termination charge

• We'll check your bill and add a credit of up to**:

  • £300 for Hypersonic 1000Mbps
  • £200 for Turbo 500Mbps
