Do I need a landline?

A guide to phone service with Connect Fibre.

No, you do not need a landline to have our full fibre broadband service to your property! 

At Connect Fibre we believe in a fairer service, so we do not bundle in a phone service because we know that many people have unlimited minutes on their mobile phone plans now. We think it would be unfair to insist on a phone service that you do not necessarily want or need! Particularly when our full fibre network does not require to you have one for it to work! 

However, if a landline is essential to your daily experience we have some good news! Our full fibre line will be an addition to your property, meaning that if you have an existing landline service with your current provider they may have a package that will enable you do keep it. 

If you would like to switch to our new VoIP service we can discuss the benefits with you. And yes, you can keep your current telephone number!
