February ‘Share the Love’ Promotion – Terms & Conditions
During the February ‘Share the Love’ promotion, eligible Connect Fibre customers can earn double cashback of up to £120 per referral when successfully referring a friend to Connect Fibre on selected packages.
Referrals must be made using a unique referral link or referral code issued by Connect Fibre. The referred customer must complete their order online at connectfibre.co.uk or via Connect Fibre Telesales, ensuring the referral link or code is correctly applied at the point of order. Referrals not completed using the correct link or code will not be eligible for cashback.
For a referral to be deemed successful, the referred customer must:
- Be a new Connect Fibre customer (customers who have had Connect Fibre services within the previous 6 months are not eligible);
- Order an eligible package.
- Complete installation and remain connected, active and in good standing for a minimum qualifying period of 30 days following installation, with no cancellation, suspension or downgrade during this time.
Subject to these conditions being met, both the referrer and the referred customer may receive up to £120 cashback each per successful referral. Cashback amounts may vary depending on the package selected and are capped at £120 per person, per referral.
Cashback payments will be made via BACS within 30 days of the qualifying 30-day post-installation period being completed, with funds typically arriving within 3–5 working days. Cashback cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives, transferred to another person, or offset against a Connect Fibre bill.
Connect Fibre reserves the right to:
- Verify the eligibility of all referrals;
- Withhold or reclaim cashback in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, misuse of the referral scheme, or breach of these Terms & Conditions;
- Amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice where reasonably necessary.
This promotion is available for a limited time only and ends at 11:59pm on Tuesday 3 March 2026. Referrals must be submitted and completed by this time to qualify.
Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Connect Fibre’s standard Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply.
January Sale 2026 - Terms and Conditions
The January Sale offer is available for a limited time only and ends on 2 February 2026. The offer is only applicable to customers who sign up to a 24-month minimum term contract.
Under this offer, all standalone Full-Fibre Broadband packages are £19 per month for the first six (6) months of the contract. All broadband and TV bundles are £25 per month for the first six (6) months of the contract. After the initial promotional period, standard monthly pricing will apply for the remainder of the minimum term, in accordance with the package selected at the time of sign-up.
This offer is not available on Social Tariff packages and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise stated.

2.Offer Details
Eligible customers will receive £50 cashback credit via Aklamio.
Cashback is provided in the form of a credit, which will be accessible through the Aklamio platform once approved.
3.How to Claim
Customers must complete their purchase through the correct Black Friday promotion link to qualify.
Cashback will only be tracked and validated if the order is completed correctly with no cancellations or amendments outside of the offer terms.
4.Payment of Cashback
Cashback credit will be confirmed once the installation is complete and the customer’s service is active.
Payments are managed and issued by Aklamio. Customers must create or use an existing Aklamio account to receive the cashback credit.
5.Exclusions
This offer is not available to existing Connect Fibre customers upgrading or re-contracting.
Orders cancelled before installation, or where installation fails, will not qualify for cashback.
Only one cashback credit is available per eligible order.
6.General
This promotion cannot be combined with any other Connect Fibre cashback or referral offers.
Connect Fibre reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time.

7.Pre-Orders
Customers who place a pre-order during the Black Friday promotion period will still qualify for the offer, provided their order remains valid and is successfully installed.
However, cashback will not be paid out until 30 days after installation and once the customer’s service has been confirmed as active.
8.Existing Customers
This offer is not available to existing Connect Fibre customers who are upgrading, re-contracting, or renewing their current service.
Customers who have held a Connect Fibre service within the last 6 months are also not eligible for this promotion.
To qualify, you must not have had an active Connect Fibre account or service within that 6-month period.
Bundles - Terms and Conditions
- The Buyout Offer is available exclusively to new customers. This offer is not transferable and is not applicable to any Connect Fibre bundles, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. Proof of an existing contract and any applicable termination fees may be required to process the buyout.
- A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all Connect Fibre deals. If you’re not satisfied with your service within the first 30 days of activation, you may cancel your agreement without penalty and receive a full refund. Equipment must be returned in good condition to be eligible.
- Any selected add-ons (including but not limited to Connect Mesh and Static IP) are subject to the same minimum contract term as the main broadband package. Early cancellation of any part of the deal may result in early termination fees for the full package, including add-ons.
- The minimum contract length and any associated add-ons is 24 months. By signing up, you agree to maintain service for the full contract term, unless cancelled under the 30-day guarantee or due to exceptional circumstances.
- After the initial contract term, out-of-contract pricing will apply. The standard out-of-contract monthly price is £64 for the Big Gaming Deal and £45 for the Anytime Talk Deal.
- All phone services provided by Connect Fibre are subject to our standard phone service terms and conditions, which can be found on our website or provided upon request. These include details about call charges, fair usage, and service availability.
- For any bundles that include Connect Mesh, the offer is limited to one mesh node per order.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Terms & Conditions
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is available to new residential customers only.
This guarantee applies to Connect Fibre broadband services, which include the core broadband connection and any associated equipment provided by us (such as routers and mesh Wi-Fi devices).
The guarantee is valid for the first 30 calendar days from the date your broadband service is activated.
To be eligible, you must submit your cancellation request within this 30-day period.
To cancel and claim your money back, you must:
- Contact our Customer Service team by phone or email within the 30-day window.
- Return all equipment provided by Connect Fibre (e.g. routers, mesh Wi-Fi devices) in full working order, with all original packaging and accessories, within 14 calendar days of your cancellation request.
- Your first monthly broadband subscription fee.
- Any one-off charges for installation or activation, if these were paid directly to Connect Fibre.
- Costs for any damage, missing equipment, or unreturned items will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date we receive all required equipment back in acceptable condition.
All refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of sign-up.
Please note: The sooner you return your equipment, the sooner we can process your refund.

Price Match Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: To qualify for our Price Match Incentive, customers must present a valid and verifiable like-for-like offer from a competitor for a broadband package at the point of purchase.
- Call to Redeem: Customers must call us on 01223 080 790 to request a price match and to complete their order. This cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Like-for-Like Comparison: The competitor's offer must be a like-for-like service, which means:
- The same broadband speed: 150Mbps, 500Mbps, or 1000Mbps, as published in our offerings.
- Have a minimum committed period of at least 18 months and no more than 24 months
- The price comparison will be based on the total package price advertised on the provider’s public website including installation and any setup charges available to all members of the public; excluding any promotional codes, vouchers, membership requirements, pricing errors, or limited-time discounts unless offered as part of a competitor’s standard package.
- Service Availability: The competitor's service must be available at the customer's postcode, which must be an address that is available for installation on the Connect Fibre network. We reserve the right to verify this before approving a price match.
- Approved Competitors: We will only price match offers from the following providers: BT, EE, Sky, TalkTalk, Virgin Media, Now Broadband, Plusnet, and Vodafone. Any other providers are excluded.
- Installation Requirement: The installation of the matched service must be booked within six months from the date of placing an order. If an installation is not completed within six months, Connect Fibre reserves the right to remove the Price Match offer.
- Exclusions:
- Price matching is not available for services that are part of a bundle (e.g. a broadband package included with a mobile phone offer) unless a direct like-for-like comparison is possible.
- Buyout promotions are not eligible for price matching. Customers cannot combine a price match with a buyout offer.
- Verification: We reserve the right to verify the competitor's pricing, service details, and availability at the customer’s location. If we cannot verify the competitor's pricing or service, we may decline the price match.
Changes & Withdrawal: We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the Price Match Incentive at any time without notice.

Allows users who are in contact with other providers to get credits for their Connect Fibre services up to a maximum of up to 3 months free, allowing them to move to Connect Fibre instantly.
- Offer applies to new broadband orders only on our Fibre1000 and Fibre2000 packages with a minimum 24-month contract.

- Buyout offers must be agreed by Connect Fibre before your installation date. Approval will be sent in writing
