Simple instructions on how to factory reset your Connect Fibre router
To perform the the factory reset follow the steps below
Step 1:
Press and hold the reset button for 10 seconds (you will see a bright red flash, followed by three to four quick faded red pulses, then another bright red flash), and then you can release the button.
Step 2:
Please wait at least 5 mins, then the router will go purple, meaning it's "ready for setup". If the light is not purple, please repeat step 1.
Steps 3:
Now that you have a purple light, you need to press the reset button 5 times quite quickly. Wait 5 minutes. The router light will settle on blue. This means the router is back online.
