1. Connect Mobile Terms


1.1 What We Provide
We’ll open an account for you and provide you with a SIM and a mobile number (and we may agree to provide you with additional SIMs and phone numbers on request). All SIM-only plans are provided on a 12-month minimum contract.
1.2 Usage of SIMs
Each SIM remains our property at all times. You’re being allowed to use the SIM by us on a limited license to access our service, in accordance with these terms.
We may recall the SIM(s) at any time for upgrades, modifications, misuse, or when your agreement ends. You may only use the SIM to obtain service from us. Each SIM may only be used in devices enabled for our service and authorised for connection to our network. Using the SIM in other devices may cause damage or impair functionality, and we are not liable for such outcomes.
1.3 Transferring Numbers
If you have a mobile number with another provider, you can move it to Connect Mobile. To do so, simply text "PAC" to 65075 from your current number. You’ll receive a PAC code within a minute, which you’ll need to provide to us. Once verified, we’ll confirm the date your number will be transferred.
1.4 Allowed Calls
Our Mobile service allows calls to UK landlines (starting with 01, 02, 03), UK mobile numbers (excluding Channel Islands), UK Freephone numbers, and emergency services. You’ll need an alternative method to call other numbers (e.g., international or premium rate numbers), unless you have the relevant add-ons.
1.5 Making Emergency Calls
You can make free calls to emergency services by dialling 999 or 112. If you use Wi-Fi Calling, please note:

  • Access may be interrupted during power cuts or internet outages.

  • Your location may not be automatically shared.

  • Registering your address can help emergency responders locate you.

  • Emergency SMS is available for hearing/speech-impaired users (registration required at emergencysms.org.uk).

1.6 Network Coverage
Our service uses the EE network and is only available within their coverage areas. There may be locations with limited or no coverage. For details, visit ee.co.uk/coverage.
1.7 Data Roaming
Connect Mobile does not currently support international data roaming. You will not be able to access mobile data abroad, so please make alternate arrangements.
1.8 Contract and Cancellation
All SIM-only plans are 12-month contracts. Cancelling your service before the minimum term ends will result in early termination fees. To cancel within your minimum contract term, you must contact our customer support team by phone.
